📦 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and changes are no longer guaranteed.
If your order is successfully cancelled within this window, we’ll issue your refund within 7 business days.

We’re confident you’ll love ALURA DECOR, but if you’re not satisfied after giving it a proper try (minimum 14 days), you’re covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee.
Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, simply email us at support@aluradecor.com or fill out the contact form on our website. Be sure to include your Order Number, or the Name and Email used at checkout for faster processing.

📷 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged (e.g., broken parts or manufacturing defect), please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
Send an email to support@aluradecor.com with clear photos of the damage, and we’ll assess whether you qualify for a free replacement.

❌ Note: Dented or scuffed boxes caused by shipping couriers do not count as a damaged product.
❌ Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental breakage are not eligible for refund or replacement.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to deliver your order promptly, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or other external factors.

For delivery issues such as lost, delayed, or stolen packages, please contact the shipping provider directly. We are not responsible for such occurrences.

🏠 Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct address is entered at checkout.
If your address is incorrect and you do not notify us within 24 hours, you will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
