All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Once dispatched, your order is handed over to our shipping partners and is officially on its way to you!

Once your order is dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location:

🇨🇦 Canada: 6–12 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 6–12 business days
🇬🇧 UK: 5–10 business days
🌍 Rest of World: 7–15 business days

📝 Order Changes & Accurate Address

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can delay processing or lead to cancellation.

If we detect an address issue, we’ll reach out via email within 3 business days. If there’s no response, your order may be cancelled.

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen after being shipped, please email us at support@aluradecor.com. We'll assist you and help communicate with the courier.

We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a lost/stolen package claim. In some cases, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation.

Please note: ALURA DECOR is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been handed to the carrier.
